Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Talent Apartment Project (No. 1 Plot) is located in the International Health City area in the core area of Jiangbei New Area, Nanjing, a national-level new district. International Health City is the first development block approved after the Jiangbei New Area was upgraded to a national-level new district. It will focus on building an integrated high-quality park integrating wisdom, humanities, green, and innovation. The project adheres to the concept of green, low-carbon development at the national, provincial, and municipal levels, and actively advocates a conservation, health, and civilized lifestyle.
The project adopts integrated design and industrialization as a means to ntroduce innovative concepts and technologies such as zero-carbon construction, new-era residential construction, steel structure residential construction, integrated photovoltaic (PV) design, full-process BIM technology, and architectural variability, and promotes the carbon emissions reduction of communities throughout the life cycle, and promote green, low-carbon, healthy, livable communities and lifestyles.
The EPC contracting approach provides the basis for the realization of the low-carbon concept. The industrialized construction method has greatly saved manpower and material resources, the labor rate per capita has increased by 35%, and the construction time has been reduced by 30%. At the same time, the annual generation capacity of solar photovoltaic power generation system is approximately 355,000 KWh, saving electricity charges of 294,000 yuan per year; the water-saving appliances used have annual water-saving rates of more than 40%.
