Li ZHU, Vice President of National Industry-Education Platformfor Energy Storage of Tianiin University, President of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, Professor and doctoral Supervisor of Tianjin University. Responsible for overall plan as a whole APSEC each work, actively organize major energy research work to implement the APEC leaders' initiative, build cooperation network platform, set up the BBS's flagship brand, combined with "neighbourhood" all the way along the route and the asean economies, gather high-end intelligence to serve Chinese enterprises to go global, to expand China's voice and influence in the field of international energy to provide important support.

Peihua GU, Canadian, Senior Vice President of APEC Center for Sustainable Energy, Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering and the International Academy for Production Engineering,  Dean of Tianjin University lnternational lnstitute for Innovative Design and Intelligent Manufacturing of Tianjin University-Zhejiang, Director of Emerging Engineering Education Center of Tianjin University, Professor of School of Mechanical Engineering, has made a lot of achievements in intelligent manufacturing research, and is well versed in engineering education in Canada and China. It will play an important role in continuously enhancing the internationalization level of APEC Sustainable Energy Center.

Jinlong MA, Australian, Vice President and Head of Research Department of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, Leader of the Energy Transition Solutions (ETS) Pillar Program Team, Professor of Tianjin University. Participating in and responsible for formulating research directions and implementing research plan; building up and managing the Research Department; leading the research activities on energy technology, policy and regulation, energy system optimization and low carbon development; providing advisory services for the stakeholders in China and abroad on clean energy transition and approaches toward carbon neutrality; promoting exchanges and developing cooperation between APSEC and international institutions, experts and scholars on sustainable energy development.

Steivan DEFILLA, Switzerland, President Assistant of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, Leader of the Cooperative Network of Sustainable Cities (CNSC) Pillar Program Team, part-time Professor of Tianjin University. Responsible for assisting the President in the overall control of all work, focusing on strengthening scientific research and market development, promoting research on global energy dynamics and trends, sorting out hot energy issues, formulating research work plans and supervising their implementation, and promoting exchanges and cooperation between APSEC and high-level international institutions or experts and scholars on sustainable energy technologies.

Pengfei Xie, Hong Kong of China, Assistant Director of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, Head of Clean Energy Technologies for the Future (CET) Pillar, Tenured Professor of Tianjin University, National Registered Urban Planner. He is mainly engaged in the research and project practice of urban and rural low-carbon ecological planning and clean energy transformation. He has worked in international organizations for a long time and has rich experience in international cooperation. At APEC Sustainable Energy Center, he mainly provides support for project research, Sino-foreign experience exchange, international collaboration, advising the Chinese government and cooperation with state-owned enterprises.

Yong SUN, Ph.D. in Environmental Chemical Engineering, Tianjin University, Researcher of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, member of the Energy Transition Solutions (ETS) Pillar Program Team, Lecturer of Tianjin University. Mainly engaged in the energy transition technologies, policies and sulutions  based on renewable energy related research.

Zhexing YAN, PhD in Building Energy Engineering, Loughborough University, UK. Researcher of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, member of the Cooperative Network of Sustainable Cities (CNSC) Pillar Program Team, Lecturer of Tianjin University. Mainly engaged in regional carbon emission analysis, regional energy planning, low-carbon energy systems, building energy-saving technology, urban sustainable development and other fields of research work, participated in the preparation of the flagship publication "APEC Urban Energy Report".

Yujiao HUO, PhD in Architecture, Tianjin University. Researcher of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, Member of the Clean Energy Technologies for the future (CET) Pillar Program team, Postdoctoral Fellow of School of Architecture, Tianjin University.Mainly engaged in photovoltaic building integration, zero energy consumption building and other related research.

Guanyi YU, PhD in Management, Tianjin University, Researcher of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, Leader of Think Tank Office, Associate Professor of Tianjin University. Mainly engaged in energy management, low carbon economic mechanism design, strategy and organizational performance management and other directions of teaching and research and think tank related work.

Yanhong WANG,Master of International Relations, Nankai University, Representative of Beijing office of APEC Sustainable Energy Center. Assisting the National Energy Administration of China in energy cooperation of APEC.

Wenjing LIAN, Master of Business Administration, Sehan University, Korea. Head of finance of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, staff member of Tianjin University. Responsible for the overall financial control and daily affairs of the center, including the formulation and improvement of financial system and process, financial budget, financial final accounts, risk control and daily reimbursement, etc.

Yanan CHU, Master of Management Science and Engineering, Hebei University of Technology. Head of Administration and Personnel of APEC Sustainable Energy Center, responsible for the implementation, management and supervision of administrative, human resources and general affairs.
