On September 20^th， 2018, APEC Clean Coal Technology Transfer Program Joint Operation Center (CCT Joint Operation Center) was officially inaugurated in the 4^th anniversary of APEC Sustainable Energy Center (APSEC) and the 4^th Asia-Pacific Energy Sustainable Development Forum. CCT Center is jointly established by APSEC and China Energy Investment Corporation Limited.

The CCT Center focuses on summarizing and promoting China's clean coal technology achievements and experience，will organize trainings for 21 APEC economies about clean coal technology and energy policy, endeavoring to provide better supportive services for promotion, application and transfer of the clean coal technology.
