On September 20, 2018，Training on Clean Energy Technology in APEC Region was held successfully in Tianjin, China. The theme  of the training is “CCT Application, Policy and Management, and the training is one of the four parallel sessions of the 4th anniversary of APSEC and the 4th Asia-Pacific Energy Sustainable Development Forum. This training activity was organized by APSEC and APEC Clean Coal Technology Transfer Program Joint Operation Center (CCT Center briefly), and co-sponsored by China Coal Processing & Utilization Association (CCPUA). Five APEC economies, including Australia, Hong Kong, China, Indonesia, Vietnam and China, participated in the training activity.

APSEC and CCT Center also plans to hold clean coal-fired power generation technology training activities in April or May 2019, which will provide 21 APEC economies with high-quality training that is more in line with individual needs. The technical training activities carried out by CCT are not only conducive to sharing the advanced technology and experience of China's efficient clean coal in the international arena, but also important for promoting the development of clean coal technology in the Asia-Pacific region.
